不锈钢 晶间腐蚀 晶间腐蚀测试
不锈钢是石油、化工、核电等工业部门中广泛使用的金属材料，许多容器、管道、阀门、泵等都因各种腐蚀而报废。其中，晶间腐蚀是奥氏体不锈钢的主要腐蚀形式，晶间腐蚀指沿晶界进行的腐蚀，使晶粒的连接遭到破坏。这是由于在晶界上析出富cr的cr23c6，使其周围基体产生贫碳区，引起晶界区域电极电位显著降低形成腐蚀电池造成的。奥氏体不锈钢在450℃~850℃保温或缓慢冷却时，常会出现晶间腐蚀，含碳量越高，晶间腐蚀倾向性越大。此外，在焊接件的热影响区也会出现晶间腐蚀。这种腐蚀的危害性极大，它常使合金变脆或丧失强度，易造成突然事故。因此，准确测定不锈钢材料的晶间腐蚀倾向性意义重大。厦门sgs材料实验室具有丰富的不锈钢晶间腐蚀测试经验，能为客户提供全方位的技术咨询及专业的测试服务。
